Comments : Very detailed research by John Ruderham , on the history of the oldest Association in the U.K.. Extremely intriguing accounts of the early days, and I loved the story of the 1922 player who attached a mirror to his chest in order to bamboozle his opponent who could see two balls – one coming and one going. Good stories and good reading.
