Comments : A good read and thoughtfully planned. It has a few tips on topics I have never seen in print before, such as, ‘Slump Busting’, You are a loser’, ‘Sleep Positioning’, ‘Beat the Wheelchair Player’, and not forgetting ‘The Table Tennis Breakfast’ menu. And there are several more not often found in coaching manuals.

Comments : A thoroughly enjoyable history with just the right balance between records, anecdotes, venues, and personalities. Having played in various events in Cardiff I can vouch for the warm welcome and the friendships made. Nicely produced and colour photographs too. Well done to the production team.
